Choosing a letting agent to let and manage your property can be a difficult decision, as lots of agents will offer all sorts of confusing offers and packages to lure you in.
We simply offer a great service at a reasonable cost. Please see below our service levels and what they include, and if you wish to tailor any of the services we offer please let us know and we would be happy to discuss further.
Our Standard Service Fees
- Let only 60% of first month's rent.
- Let and manage 50% of first month's rent for tenant find and 8% of rent for management.
Discounts are available for portfolio landlords.
